Below you will find fillable forms required for participation in any of our experiences or services.

Please ensure you review, complete, and sign the appropriate forms before your scheduled activity. All participants, including passengers must sign applicable forms.

Waivers & Agreements

Customer/Driver

This waiver is required for anyone participating in any COE-guided activity, including off-road training, recovery services, and overlanding experiences.

Who Needs It? All customers participating in COE services.
Covers: Assumption of risk, off-road hazards, medical disclosures, and release of liability.

Passneger

Every individual riding in one of our vehicles who is not the registered customer must sign this waiver.

Who Needs It? Friends, family, or guests not listed as primary customers.
Covers: Passenger safety, vehicle movement, and ride-along risks.

Off-Road Recovery/Tow

Before COE can assist with off-road recovery, trail-side towing, or winching services, this agreement must be signed.

Who Needs It? Anyone requesting a tow, recovery, or winch-out service.
Covers: Equipment responsibility, damage waiver, and recovery scope limitations.
